What the RX 9060 XT is good for
The RX 9060 XT is AMD’s mainstream Radeon RX 9000 card on the RDNA 4 architecture. This version has 16GB of GDDR6 memory, which gives it room for high texture settings in new games. It is aimed at smooth 1080p gaming and handles many games at 1440p, with FSR 4 upscaling for extra frames. It also has hardware AV1 encoding for streaming and connects through PCIe 5.0 x16, while still working in older PCIe 4.0 and 3.0 slots.
How the RX 9060 XT runs in popular games
| Game | Average FPS |
|---|---|
| Forza Horizon 6 1440p, Extreme settings, no upscaling | 77 FPS |
| Call of Duty: Warzone | In-store test coming soon |
| Fortnite | In-store test coming soon |
| GTA 6 | PC version not out yet (PS5 and Xbox from 19 November 2026) |
The Forza Horizon 6 result is from TechSpot’s Forza Horizon 6 benchmark, run on a Ryzen 7 9800X3D test PC. Your frame rate also depends on your processor, memory and game settings. Want to know how it will run in your PC? WhatsApp us your specs.
Fitting the RX 9060 XT in your PC
The ASUS Dual uses a two-fan cooler, so it fits more cases than the large triple-fan cards. Not sure about your power supply or case?
